With 16 years of experience focused exclusively on multifamily investment properties and development opportunities, I represent owners, investors, landlords, and developers across Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara, San Mateo, and San Francisco Counties.

My specialty runs deep: duplexes, fourplexes, apartment buildings, development land, value-add plays, and the expired listings that other agents couldn't close.

That last category matters. I work extensively with expired listings because I understand the frustration firsthand — sellers who trusted an agent, watched their property sit, and got nothing but excuses.

My approach is the opposite of "list and wait." It's targeted investor outreach, direct owner campaigns, professional offering materials, and strategic market exposure designed to find buyers that the MLS alone never would.
